I offer personal and professional relationship coaching grounded in the practices of mindfulness and compassion. My approach is to lead with curiosity, and I create the space for you to show up authentically so that you can be seen, heard, and fully self-realized. I see my role as a facilitator and guide. I will offer tools, but ultimately I am here to unlock the wisdom you already hold.
I like to work with a balance of structure and flexibility. We’ll set goals, and… we’ll meet what arises in you with curiosity. What comes up in a session is rarely an accident.
During a session with me, you can expect to learn tools of mindfulness and self-compassion to strengthen your capacity to attune to yourself and others. Attunement builds trust and safety in relational systems - with oneself, in a partnership, as a manager, and with the world at large. We will identify and work on relational patterns and dynamics that limit you in some way so that you can live, love, and lead with generosity, discernment, and authentic presence.
My practice is informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, and we may use this model during our session as well. IFS teaches us to acknowledge and validate all parts of ourselves, even those that might be harder to accept, and to meet them with compassion and care.
It’s all welcome.
I approach our time together without a specific agenda. My intention is to help you establish a foundation of self-trust, guided by your own sense of curiosity and compassion.
